Refund policy

 

At Vivaeg, most of our products and services are custom-made according to each customer’s request.

Custom-made orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the design, drawing, production, or execution process has started.

This includes:

Custom drawings

Personalized artwork

Custom rugs

Decoration pieces made according to customer specifications

Any product or design made specially for the customer

A deposit or full payment may be required before starting any custom order.

If the customer requests cancellation before work has started, the refund request will be reviewed based on the order status.

If there is a mistake from our side, such as a clear production error, wrong agreed details, or damage before delivery, Vivaeg will review the case and provide a suitable solution, which may include correction, repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the situation.
