At Vivaeg, order processing and service duration may vary depending on the type and details of the requested work.

For ready-made products, orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation.

Estimated delivery time:

Cairo & Giza: 1 to 3 business days

Other governorates in Egypt: 3 to 7 business days

Remote areas: Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping company

For custom drawings, rugs, decoration pieces, and special design work, the execution time is usually up to 10 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery time will be added after the custom order is completed, depending on the customer’s location and the shipping company.

Delivery fees are calculated based on the customer’s location and will be confirmed before completing the order.
